We want you to love your purchase as much as we do!

But if something is wrong and you need to return, please review our return policy below: 

  • Product must be returned within 10 days of delivery date. 
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition. 
  • All sale items are final sale.
  • Hats, pins, jewelry & socks are all considered final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Local pick up/return items will only be returned for store credit or exchange.
  • All Favour brand items will ONLY be exchangeable for an alternate size of the same style ordered.
  • Should you choose to receive a pre-paid shipping label, upon processing your return, we will deduct the amount of the return label form your refund amount. If you prefer to use your own expedited shipping method, no fees will apply. 

How do I return my item? 

  • To initiate a return, access our easy returns page by clicking this direct link  RETURN AN ITEM  here.
  • Using the packing slip provided, enter your order number and email.
  • From there, you will be prompted to select the item(s) you wish to return along with the option of requesting a pre-paid shipping label. 
  • You may return an item purchased online in our store. Simply bring your packing slip in with your return. In-Store returns or exchanges still must be made within 10 days. 
  • Once we have received your return in it's original condition, we will process the refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days. Please note your bank may take a few days to process the transaction.
